The sublet was successfully arranged in less than 10 days. The service was professional. The experience of collaborating with Re-Define was excellent this time, and I especially want to thank Rina. To help me rent out the apartment as soon as possible and minimize my rental loss, Rina made four trips to the apartment to assist with viewing arrangements. Her efficiency was extremely high, and the apartment was successfully rented out in less than a week, far exceeding my expectations. The entire process moved along very quickly, and communication was extremely smooth. The charges were reasonable and transparent, with no additional or hidden fees. Even the refund process for overpaid rent was clear, which was very reassuring. The overall service has left me very satisfied.
