Stay away from VicProp and especially Vincent Wu! For the whole 12 months of our lease we didn't get a single repair done nor we were provided full access to the building amenities, I lived with mould and a bathroom leak in my ensuite and they couldn't care less. VCAT released an order to fix these things, VicProp and Vincent ignored it for 6 months until the end of our lease. Very scummy behaviour, lazy, unresponsive, disregarded VCAT and a court order too, and they kept the house in disgusting conditions all throughout the lease. Thankfully VCAT also released a compensation order in our favour given their blatant, obvious breach of duty

I’ve been extremely happy with the service from VICPROP. The team is professional, proactive, and very responsive, which gives me great peace of mind as a property owner. Communication has been excellent, and they deal with issues quickly and sensibly. I was in an urgent rush to lease my aparment, and VICPROP provided excellent service. Their reps were very-well communicated and professional. The property manager reponded my inquiries and provide neccessary info within hours and making the process stess-free. It took less than 3 weeks from my first call to having the property leased. Their teamwork was excellent. Highly recommend them for Melbourne landloads.
