There is a reason they have so many positive reviews! They thoroughly looked over my 2014 car and told what I needed, what I could do without and what I absolutely did not need. They explained things in a way that made sense without sounding condescending. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that will tell you what you need and do not need.

Just had routine service done on my fairly new to me 4Runner. This shop is great! They include a checklist inspection with every service at no additional charge and performed a couple additional items at no cost. They’re transparent about what is actually needed vs. what Toyota lists. I sold my previous car (not a Toyota) primarily because I couldn’t stand going to the dealership for anything that couldn’t be done elsewhere and having their service tech look at me like I was withholding life-saving treatment from my child when I’d decline their overkill (and outrageous $$) recommendations. Ironwood is not at all like that. Plus they have a very comfortable (and well stocked) waiting area.. I also appreciate that, during the holidays, they held a pet food donation event for the SPCA and offered $ off discounts to those who participated

In early August 2025, Just by a stroke of luck, I happened upon Ironwood Automotive. The shop looked what I would have imagined an exotic car shop to look like. White walls, floors, ect ! Impeccably clean and organized. Our 2008 Toyota Prius had a major brake system failure and at the dealership would have cost prohibitive. Mike and the team went over our car before we committed to spending a lot of money. Granted they were half the price but still a huge outlay for us. 3 months later knock on wood, the car is doing great! I spread the word of this honest talented trustworthy company! Thank you team for being who you said you were! Peace ! Mark

I had an excellent experience with Ironwood Automotive! I truly cannot thank them enough for the work they did. The team went above and beyond to help fix a major issue with my car. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both skilled and honest, but this one absolutely delivers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto shop! I’ve told so many of my friends to come here. This is the only place I’ll take my car in the future.

I’ve had Ironwood Automotive work on two of my RHD JDM cars recently; a diesel Hiace and a Crown Royal Saloon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. For the Hiace, they did a big job: replacing all the belts and the water pump. Everything was done properly and on time. The van’s been running like a dream since. What really impressed me was the work on my Crown. I came in thinking the alternator was failing due to a power issue, but the team took the time to properly diagnose it and found it was just a loose connection. They easily could have gone ahead with a costly repair I thought I needed, but instead, they were upfront and honest. They also did the brakes on that car, and now it drives like new again. It’s hard to find a shop that knows how to handle RHD imports, let alone one that’s this transparent. Highly recommend Ironwood to anyone - especially if you're a JDM owner.
