Koontz did an amazing job with my car after I was involved in a hit & run accident. They worked directly with the insurance company and car rental company, making the experience easy and stress free for me. They were friendly, helpful, and always responsive by phone or text. The car looks great, like nothing ever happened.

SO much integrity!! I came in with an issue with my car that would’ve cost thousands of dollars to fix. They told me it’s a known manufacturing issue and walked me through contacting the dealership to see if the warranty would cover it, saving me so much money. They were kind and never talked down to me and best of all helped me find the best solution for me instead of trying to get money out of me. I’d 100% go back with any possible future issue.
