Koontz did an amazing job with my car after I was involved in a hit & run accident. They worked directly with the insurance company and car rental company, making the experience easy and stress free for me. They were friendly, helpful, and always responsive by phone or text. The car looks great, like nothing ever happened.

In a time where customer support is often overlooked, Koontz exceeded all expectations. They made an often painful experience seamless and easy through detailed work and strong communication. SO much integrity!! I came in with an issue with my car that would’ve cost thousands of dollars to fix. They told me it’s a known manufacturing issue and walked me through contacting the dealership to see if the warranty would cover it, saving me so much money. They were kind and never talked down to me and best of all helped me find the best solution for me instead of trying to get money out of me. I’d 100% go back with any possible future issue.

Koontz was a wonderful experience! Their prices were very very reasonable and they made the whole process so easy even though the person who hit me wanted to pay them directly and that definitely complicated things none of that stress was passed on to me which I appreciated more then I could express during this very stressful time

They were recommended to me by the auto shop I typically use to get engine work done so I felt safe going in. They were so knowledgeable (even more-so than my insurance agent) and helped to make the process a seamless transaction. The work looked great and they had it done sooner than expected. I recommend them to everyone, but especially to any and all females nervous that they'll get the run around at the auto shop.
