Did not have a good experience. And I should've listened to my gut feeling too. I'm having to redo taxes, and seeing massive gaps, that's cost me and now have to fix

While this firm boasts numerous 5-star reviews, our experience suggests these are actively solicited (begging clients to do so). After using them for our family taxes for a couple of years, it became clear they are simply too overloaded to provide adequate, personalized service. We felt like just another file in a massive queue, and ultimately, felt underserved. If you require attentive, individualized accounting services, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
