Victoria at Irwin Mitchell is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to listen and consider everything. She is very empathetic and passionate about what she does and a true subject matter expert in AFCS claims. She is respectful and sympathetic when considering ideas and viewpoints and takes the time to explain properly and ensure you understand fully the options. I cannot recommend Victoria highly enough. If you need help with the AFCS don’t hesitate- these people really know what they are doing and do it with care.

I am absolutely delighted with the services received to date from Irwin Mitchell solicitors. After a 10 year battle with the MOD for multiple injuries and very closed door procedures/processes constantly met with decline, defer, deny, which I have found very exhausting and distressful, Christie Fitzgerald kindly took my case(s) forward. Christie is a true professional, she is very polite and prompt with her communications, explaining every single option for/against my case giving me a very open and honest picture of what may/may not happen, absolutely no hidden secrets whatsoever which has massively reassured my confidence with her.
