I was wrongly accused, arrested and investigated for a grievous crime. After thoroughly researching pre charge engagement it became clear to me that Olliers Solicitors would be my best choice. My case was assigned to Anne-Marie who has worked extensively for both the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and in defence. Given that the CPS is responsible for deciding whether cases proceed to charge or receive a No Further Action (NFA) outcome, her deep expertise in this area proved invaluable and gave me tremendous confidence throughout the process. Furthermore, Anne-Marie’s genuine ability to listen attentively, show real empathy and understanding, and explain complex matters in a clear, friendly, and approachable way made me feel genuinely supported, comfortable, and well-informed at every step. Even when away from the office or over the Christmas holidays, Anne-Marie was always quick to respond to my messages and calls. My case ended in No Further Action (NFA) without the need for CPS involvement, much quicker than expected due to the involvement of Olliers Solicitors. Helen Buxton was amazing from the very start. Her reviews of past and recent success cases read for themselves. Helen’s approach was fast, caring, and understanding, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I could ring her at any time and always felt supported. She explained each step of the process and she will put you at ease when you are at your most vulnerable. Helen is a real asset to the company, and it’s easy to see why the firm has won so many awards when they have someone of her calibre working for them.
