DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE ..we had a monthly detailed/car wash for 2 vehicles with this car wash. We were customers with them for over 3 years. We were with them with the other car wash (further down university blvd). On Thursday April 16 I took my 2021 Honda Pilot thru the car wash. I usually get a detail and a car wash but it was right before closing so I’m opted for just the car wash. Moe directed/guided me into the car wash . When I got to the end I noticed Moe was walking along my vehicle on my passenger side. Once I drove away Moe quickly closed the door. I got half way university blvd before several ppl were blowing their horn at me. I looked in my passenger window and saw why everyone was blowing their horns at me. I immediately drove back up the car wash to notify Moe what had happened. He did agree that my trim was not like that before I went thru the car wash. He found some string to tie down my broken trim but took pictures and said that he would notify the owner. We never heard from the owners. Moe took our info and gave to owners. Since this incident we have gotten an estimate for the damage from the dealership. The trim and window is 1 piece so you can’t just replace the broken trim with out replacing the window as well. The window and trim is $1100 ($800 for window and $300 for labor. Moe let us know a week later that owner said he can do a couple months free. We declined the offer and asked him to have the owner call us to have a conversation about this incident. As of Today we still have not heard back from the owners. We wanted to discuss other options. This damage happened going thru this car wash and a couple months of service for 1 vehicle is not nearly the amount it will cost to fix the window/trim. I have provided pics below. We will be canceling before renewing. For the owners to not even return a phone call about an incident that happened on his property is UNACCEPTABLE. they wonder they can’t keep anyone to work here. If the owner doesn’t care about customers what is he still in business? My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau along with telling EVERYONE to not patronize this establishment. I’m driving my vehicle with a string holding the trim down and we can’t get in and out of my vehicle on that side cause the closed door is what’s holding the string down but not even get a phone but I see from the other reviews they only respond to the 5 star reviews and ignore the bad reviews which says ALOT about what’s really going on here. Wish I give them zero stars they even deserve 1 star. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE…

They advertise a basic car wash for $7 on their website. When I arrived I asked for the cheapest wash and they charged $15. Took about 25 minutes for the wash since they had to reset the system. Car was still soaking wet once completed. Vacuums barely worked. Staff was friendly, but plenty of better options to get your car cleaned at a better price.

The website says the basic wash is $7 and it cost me $11. I went there due to convenience to where I live and price. I know there competitor up the road charges at least $12 so I stayed. The vacuums worked well, but there were no towels. They might cost extra, not sure. There was a spray bottles with some sort to liquid in them for use, but again no towels. There was bins for dirty towels. There was still remnants of bird poop on the roof of my car, pollen at the base of the rear window where it meets the trunk. There was still pollen on the bumper even though the attendant scrubbed it with a brush prior to entering. I will not be returning because I get a better wash and service up the street.
