I dropped off my MSI laptop for repairs due to a failing hard drive and a few other issues, and I’m extremely happy to have a working computer again! I’ve never had to get a computer repaired before and this was a great first experience. Callum is friendly, very communicative, and explained the issues and how he’d go about fixing them. When he returned my laptop, I also found he’d given me a UK wall plug free of charge which was extremely kind (I’m from the US and had been using a converter all this time). Thank you Callum and the lovely receptionists at Grosvenor House! If I ever have issues in the future I will definitely use this service again.

Callum fixed my laptop a few weeks ago, I had issues with charging my laptop and he was really helpful, I dropped my laptop off (the ladies in reception were lovely) and I was able to collect it a couple of days later with no trouble. I’ve never taken my laptop for repair before and was a bit nervous but this is a great place for a quick, trustworthy and professional service, thank you very much!

I was looking for a social enterprise that could - A. repair an electrical item and - B. utilise some dated technology that I've held on to for far too long. I donated tablets, a couple of smart phones and a laptop. The laptop was wiped and a certificate provided, for a very reasonable cost. I also asked for a pair of GHD's to be repaired. The team diagnosed the problem quickly and got back to me very quickly. Sadly, despite the initial repair, the GHD's had been identified with problems beyond repair. I would not hesitate to use the service again because they are friendly, reliable and I applaud the circular economy approach. Thank you Callum and the team for all of your help.

As a home user i looked for a pc repair company that you can afford and not be over priced. I called the company and asked questions first as i wanted to be sure about data privacy and trust. I was very much reassured and the person put my mind at rest with there knowledge and experience. I then took my pc in where i had a really good welcome and i left it to be done. My laptop was ready the very next day! The service was very fast and efficent. And i really was very much impressed with the work completed and going above and beyond. I myself would highly recommend this company and i will use them again without doubt. I would rate this company 10/10

When my elderly laptop needed retirement Repair Wins was recommended by friends to set up my new laptop and transfer data. I was delighted with the modest cost, speed and efficiency of the service. I am not very computer savvy but my additional queries were dealt with promptly and all is now up and running. Thank you Callum.
