I used to love this company, they used to be thorough at each quarterly visit and prompt to come out in between visits if we had an issue. In the past few months we have had a rodent problem, in the garage and exterior of the house. They are supposedly treating for mice around the perimeter of our house but when an issue arises we cannot get them to come out to re-treat despite multiple calls and texts for weeks. From their website : "5. Post-Treatment and Prevention Follow-Up Visits: Scheduled as needed to monitor and adjust the treatment. Prevention Tips: We offer advice on preventing future infestations through structural changes and sanitation practices. 6. Continuous Support Ongoing Support: We remain available for any follow-up concerns. Satisfaction Guarantee: We back our service with a satisfaction guarantee, ensuring your rodent issues are fully resolved." They are not adhering to their stated policies. They claim to be so fully booked they cannot even stop by to check the bait stations or our garage despite being long term customers and paying for quarterly service. Sadly, I would not recommend this company anymore.
