I took my Razer Blade 15 to IT Specialists after it stopped turning on completely. I had already contacted Razer support several times while still under warranty and was repeatedly turned away, so I decided to look for an independent repair. The team at IT Specialists were extremely competent and efficient. They diagnosed the issue within a few days, explained that the motherboard was faulty, and managed to repair the laptop within the same week. I've been using my laptop a lot post-repair and it is running smoothly. As a student and editor, I had a lot of important files on the laptop that I hadn’t been able to back up, so I was genuinely worried everything would be lost. The team put me at ease, explained the process and reassured me that they would handle the device carefully.Great communication throughout the waiting period where they were attentive to all my concerns via phone call and email. They were also very respectful of my data/privacy, which I really appreciated. Very appropriate pricing commensurate with the level of expertise and service provided.
