I took my Razer Blade 15 to IT Specialists after it stopped turning on completely. I had already contacted Razer support several times while still under warranty and was repeatedly turned away, so I decided to look for an independent repair. The team at IT Specialists were extremely competent and efficient. They diagnosed the issue within a few days, explained that the motherboard was faulty, and managed to repair the laptop within the same week. I've been using my laptop a lot post-repair and it is running smoothly. As a student and editor, I had a lot of important files on the laptop that I hadn’t been able to back up, so I was genuinely worried everything would be lost. The team put me at ease, explained the process and reassured me that they would handle the device carefully.Great communication throughout the waiting period where they were attentive to all my concerns via phone call and email. They were also very respectful of my data/privacy, which I really appreciated. Very appropriate pricing commensurate with the level of expertise and service provided. I would definitely return if I have any future issues. Kind, skilled engineers.

Very pleased with the service given us by IT Specialists/Kew when we purchased a new computer with Windows 11 installed. The transfer of data from the old computer was very efficiently and seamlessly done, and nothing we asked for seemed to be too much trouble. All in all, a very efficient and friendly service.

I have used this firm several times to deal with various IT matters, e.g.building a system, dealing with glitches, and recently getting my printer and wi-fi working again. Sometimes the errors can be corrected remotely and at other times an engineer visit is necessary. It is simply reassuring to be able to call upon an expert and reliable firm, as this is, to resolve the increasing complex issues that arise. Their work is excellent and lovely people to work with.

IT Specialists are amazingly helpful, attentive, customer-focused and very professional. This morning - with my permission - they accessed my desktop computer remotely, updated my firmware settings and ensured that my computer could run very much more smoothly and quickly than it did before. A brilliant service!
