Never followed up , couldn’t fix it , didn’t attempt to fix, mixed up systems gave me the wrong power cord … Unorganized and lacks communication skills … Response: you never told me what you did, no receipt with any details about what was wrong, found or done was provided ? Let alone was I told what was done or found was provided at pick up. He mistakenly almost gave me someone’s ps5 , he mixed up the cords as well. No one called me I had to call y’all. So need to be smoove now . Next time keep your google reviews in mind because you dropped the ball on this one. And I would have paid whatever fee was associated but the communication and the handling of my Son’s PS4 could have been better. I’m just sayin …. 🤷🏽♀️
My boyfriend’s Xbox series X HDMI port was broken and I really wanted to fix it as a gift. They told me the damage was pretty bad as it was pushed all the way in but they still were able to fix it! Very knowledgeable and highly recommend.
