I got the tear trough fillers and my aesthetician was Shayna and SHE ROCKS!!!!! After only ONE session I saw a SIGNIFICANT difference in my fine Lines and dark circles under my eyes. Shayna was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick the treatment that I needed as well as in educating me on the other treatments that were available. She showed me where I could improve my features using Botox and facial balancing . I’m officially hooked now!! I will be coming back to.her at Its a Secret Med Spa again and again. I’m putting it in my budget!! Its worth it to look and feel good!!

I can’t say enough good things about this location and its staff. I see Taylor for my monthly hydrafaicals and peels and she always has such great skincare recommendations for me & in general such a lovely person. Love Nurse Katherine, such a pro injector, super experienced, and all around fab person. I look forward to my monthly appointments and I always leave feeling reborn lol getting on a membership here was not just the best thing for my skin but for my confidence and all around self care. This is not an ad but I genuinely love this place so much 😂

I’ve had the most wonderful experiences at this gem in Georgetown! While I’ve liked my natural smile, I didn’t love how my upper lip seemed to hide and tuck under—especially on the right side of my face. I’d also been a bit skeptical about Botox (Is it for me? Will I still look natural?), but I decided to come in for a consultation to discuss my options, and I’m so glad I did! First off, the staff at It’s a Secret Med Spa Georgetown are absolutely fabulous. They’re incredibly kind and truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome, relaxed, and beautiful in your own skin. After a lovely consultation with Shayna, I booked an appointment with her for a lip flip to help prevent my upper lip from tucking under when I smile. The appointment was super quick and barely painful. A few weeks later, I took advantage of their Black Friday specials and decided to get some facial Botox. Catherine did an amazing job correcting my elevens and also added a little more to help with my gummy smile. I am so, so, so happy with the results—I honestly wish I had done this years ago! My new smile feels so much more balanced and really shows off my favorite shade of red 💋
