My first time coming to this salon. My nails came out fine. I even tipped more than I typically would because the tech finished in a timely manner. However, they attempted to overcharge me. As a first time customer I also let them know that I signed up online to receive 10% off. I thought that was a nice incentive. Parking in the area isn’t great at all, a lot of construction going on as well so I literally didn’t have to go to this particular salon. There’s thousands of salons around. Due to the fact that I spoke up, their reaction made me feel as if I did something wrong. When I asked why am I being charged a certain amount, the receptionist was a bit rude. I’ve never had this experience in my life. I’m a very easy customer to please; I don’t need much. Due to this experience, I will never come back and I don’t recommend anyone that I know to go to this particular nail shop.
