I cannot recommend J&B Body Works enough! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made the experience seamless and stress-free. Angelina is always my go-to—she is honest, genuine, caring, and truly goes above and beyond. You can tell she truly has your best interest at heart. A big thank you to Cindy as well for being so kind and welcoming! The entire staff, including the wonderful ladies in the office upstairs, are incredibly professional and attentive. Their attention to detail and integrity in their work is unmatched. They should honestly teach a class on customer service because they absolutely knock it out of the park. It’s rare to find a business that cares this much about their customers. My car looks and drives phenomenally—like new! If you’re debating where to bring your vehicle, don’t even think twice. I don't write many reviews, but J&B provided and excellent experience repairing my Polestar after snow and ice from the roof of my car smashed the rear tailgate/window/roof. The facility was spotless, the team was professional and incredibly friendly, and the communication was outstanding from beginning to end. They provided top notch customer service and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. My car looks fantastic (like brand new!) , and I highly recommend them.
