Angelina is always my go-to—she is honest, genuine, caring, and truly goes above and beyond. You can tell she truly has your best interest at heart. A big thank you to Cindy as well for being so kind and welcoming! The entire staff, including the wonderful ladies in the office upstairs, are incredibly professional and attentive. Their attention to detail and integrity in their work is unmatched. They should honestly teach a class on customer service because they absolutely knock it out of the park. Quality work

After doing my research, I chose to bring my Rolls-Royce Ghost here for repairs. Their reputation was excellent, which gave me confidence—but I’ll admit, I was still a bit nervous at first. After receiving the vehicle back, I can honestly say I’m extremely pleased. The car looks flawless—I genuinely can’t tell anything ever happened. In fact, it looks even better than when I first brought it in. The team here is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in their work. They did an outstanding job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone—especially for ultra-luxury vehicles where attention to detail truly matters. In my case, they went above and beyond—not only in the quality of the repair, but also in meeting my timeline. Overall, an excellent experience.

I don't write many reviews, but J&B provided and excellent experience repairing my Polestar after snow and ice from the roof of my car smashed the rear tailgate/window/roof. The facility was spotless, the team was professional and incredibly friendly, and the communication was outstanding from beginning to end. They provided top notch customer service and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. My car looks fantastic (like brand new!) , and I highly recommend them.
