We recently had a pensions session for staff at my school, and I can honestly say it was one of the most valuable and eye-opening experiences I've had in terms of financial planning. Jak led the session, and he was nothing short of brilliant. Jak's depth of knowledge was immediately clear, but what really stood out was his ability to make a complex and often overwhelming subject not just accessible, but genuinely engaging. He broke down the different ways teachers can inadvertently fall into pension-related traps, and emphasized the critical importance of getting proper financial advice tailored to your individual situation. Jak came into school to deliver a session to staff on pensions. The session was extremely informative and very worthwhile and I left feeling motivated to find out more and also with a personal goal of taking charge of my own future with reguards to my own finances. I have a long way to go but feel this was the 'kick' that I needed to get off the starting line. Thank you!

The meeting was excellent. Jak was so informative and concise. He came across as personable, knowledgable and entertaining! I left, as he said I would, feeling very confused but with a lot of food for thought. Would love a follow up appointment and will definitely attend another talk.

It was unsettling to find out just how much I didn’t know about my pension and just how hard it can be to take it without losing out somewhere along the line. However, I felt reassured after the session and understand the benefits of using someone who understands the system to guide you through your options and make sure you have done the right thing.
