After attempting to find a certain hedge at several places, someone suggested I check with Jack Frost. I called them to see if they carried what I was looking for. Their customer service when I called, and picked up the hedge was excellent. Also, their inventory goes beyond plant material. I am a new customer.

Caused damage to my siding and would not own up to it. No damage was present prior to them coming for the very first time. I'm not trying to get free siding repair on preexisting damage, and it's obvious that the owner was trying to get out of any blame for it. Cancelled services. He offered free grass cutting instead. Honesty is a rare commodity these days.

We have been using Jack Frost as a principal material supplier for over five years. They offer something really great in the variety and quality of their bulk materials. Consistency is great, and the speed of service is excellent. Thier delivery service on bulk materials is the easiest in the city. Receptionists are fast and accurate, the amount of material you recieve is precise, and the delivery drivers have demonstrated some great problem solving and show great care for customer property. On many occasions we have ordered materials last minute and gotten them within 24 hours. The garden center is small compared to others in the city, but that's not a bad thing here. There is always variety for all types of plants, and the team does a great job watering and caring for them. The staff here are great. Jeremy in the garden center is a wealth of knowledge for when you need help. Everyone that works there is a receptionist, and they are always great at the door and answer the phone. The environment is very friendly and professional.

I’m a home owner and I went there to get a load of sand in my little trailer. The guy operating the loader was not only rude to me when I was trying to park for the load (annoyed I didn’t know exactly where to park) but he proceeded to dump the sand all at once from high up to purposely damage my trailer. I understand they aren’t responsible for the damages, but the fact he did it on purpose really annoys me. They will never see another dollar from me.

Overall not a great company to do business with. I purchased 2 trees (one ordered and one on site) and was told by Jeremy (store manager) it would be $75 to half the price of the tree to install. When I received the quote it was close to $600. After explaining my frustration to James (landscaping manager) he thought it was best I speak with the owner Beth. Mind you I didn't ask to speak with the manager he suggested this because of the mis information I kept receiving from Jeremy. The owner Beth made me feel even worse after just telling the story of what was happening. Finding excuses for the team versus being a leader. I never asked for a discount, return or anything! She spoke over me explaining that I was understanding things incorrectly which wasn't the case, her team was giving incorrect information. We ultimately just asked for delivery instead of install and they were gracious and cut the delivery price for us (again, i never asked for anything). When we received the trees the tree I had ordered from their grower was an easy install but the tree they had on site was horribly root bound. I dont have much hope for that tree but I'd rather lose the money on a tree than deal with their customer service again or overpay for what felt like being taken for a ride. I understand that you need to charge a certain amount when sending a team but your staff, specifically "managers" need to have a better understanding of the business.
