Brought a new engagement ring to them to have resized. Jack Miller sent it out for resizing and when picked up the ring had a crack. Poor quality of work and they voided our warranty where we initially bought the ring. Would not recommend for any jewelry needs. Go elsewhere and don’t make the same mistake I did.

So glad I walked in to this jewelry store while downtown Colorado Springs. I was looking for specific earrings and Bunnie and Gayla were fantastic. The service is impeccable. I ended up with two pairs of earrings. One set to replace from a lost earring and Gayla found a darn near exact replica and then I got another pair. Awesome people. Thanks girls!!!

I stopped in to get a quote for a resizing, came back a week later with both my rings and the wonderful ladies inside remembered me, the ring, and the quote. Extremely kind staff, wonderful prices and treatment of my rings. The resisizng was done quick, craftully, and they were so clean! Will absolutely go back for any jewelry needs. Thank you!

So far a great experience! My fiance and I went in to get her wedding band designed and had a great experience with Jack Miller. They made a cast and it looks like it will be just what we were looking for. I'll follow up when the ring is complete for my full opinion.
