We are SO happy with Jackson & Company! My wife and I recently got married at The Astorian, and we used Jackson & Company to cater our wedding. The food is absolutely amazing; we got countless compliments on it! The waitstaff were very attentive and made the food delivery and cleanup seem effortless. We also had our wedding cake made by their pastry chef, and it was stunning. It also tasted amazing; very moist and the perfect amount of sweet. We also got many compliments on it! Our representative of Jackson & Company, Mallory McNeill, helped us through the whole process. She was amazing; very attentive, easy to reach out to, quick to respond to our questions, and fun to work with! We both highly recommend Jackson & Company for any catering needs!

We had our wedding at Le Tesserae in October 2025 and Jackson & Co was our caterer. They had a wide variety of tastes and packages available and we chose a seated dinner menu with wine service and late night bites. They provided a comprehensive tasting and we narrowed down our selections from there. They listened to our food adjustments and created beautifully curated dishes that our guests raved about. First course was an autumn butternut squash soup, then a duo of salmon and braised beef on a bed of couscous. The late night bites included chicken and waffles, truffle fries, and beignets. I would also like to call out the well trained staff that delivered the meals efficiently like regimented footmen. They dressed well and made dinner service appear smooth. Special thanks to Kat who kept myself and the groom well fed and catered to all our needs.

Mallory and her team at Jackson and Co were absolutely impeccable! Mallory stayed connected to my family and I our entire year of planning for the wedding and answered every single question no matter how important or silly it was. She is so on top of her game and knows how’s to plan, conduct, and organize such a wonderful food selection. Every dinner, hors d’oeuvre, and dessert we chose was absolutely a home run and made so much sense to each guest’s pallet. Also the staff…wow the staff they hand selected are extremely professional and timely. Everyone at our wedding was platted at the same exact time with perfect temperature and food presentation. The theme I heard the whole night…. “That was not only the best wedding food I’ve had, but best food I’ve ever ate.” It truly was more than just being served food, but a luxury experience that had all of our guests raving about Jackson and Co! Even some guests asked to have a box to take more food to-go it was that amazing lol!! Couldn’t recommend them more if your planning a wedding, event, or get together they will not disappoint :) I plan to hire them again soley so I can eat more of their lemon & chocolate mousse!!

We were fortunate enough to have Jackson & Co cater our wedding and all we can say is wow. From the very beginning the service was top notch. We worked with Mallory, the sales manager, and she was extremely detailed, efficient, and so patient with us throughout the process. The day of the wedding everything came together - the food was delicious, the service was truly impressive & the team was so well organized and precise. Many of our guests said it was the best food they have had at a wedding and we couldn't agree more! If you are looking for a high-quality catering company, Jackson & Co is it.

Had a really amazing experience with Jackson & Company. They catered our wedding at The Astorian. We were able to have some customized foods including serving an Asian-style steamed fish over Mofongo, which tied our two cultures together. It felt really great to be able to have that kind of personal touch that added meaning to the food we served. Jackson & Company provided tastings for both food that was really helpful and allowed us to get a good preview of what would be served at our event. Everyone at Jackson & Company was really helpful and took the time to help us through our decision making. It allowed us to feel really confident that the event would be well done and high quality. Can't recommend them highly enough.
