Chef Robbie excels at the luxury dining experience. He curates beautiful menus and knows the appliances he is cooking on very well so he explain how he achieved such delicious bites. We own a hospitality staffing company and are blessed to work with the top companies and chefs on a weekly basis. I stumbled upon Chef Robbie during covid, as we both tried to navigate this new normal in the food industry. What I saw working with him was astonishing. This is truly eatable art from someone who is never stressed, always calm, and a a true delight to have around guests. Now, we are honored to partner with Robbie when our clients need that true private chef experience and are looking for a visual presentation not often seen in a private dining. There is catering, and then there's this. Just look at the photos and then imagine a kind, customer service-oriented teacher making this for you and your guests. This is a for sure crowd pleaser.
