I was scheduled to grave my taxes done at the Walmart location and they never showed up I called another location they took me in even though it was past closing and she did an excellent job decided to try this location again booked my appointment online then went to the store and they had taken the kiosk out so I had to go back to Tudor then a lady from j.h. called me and said that the tax rep had gotten in a car accident and couldn't make it .........to a store with no place to actually do taxes.....they also used that same excuse last time
