I have been using Jackson Hewitt, but I'm probably not returning after this year. I specifically requested the refund to be deposited to my bank account but I received the actual check lately. I wondered and double checked the form 1040 which they prepared, and it was blank for refund section. It's disappointing that they have years of my 1040 which they filled my routine and account number.
