My She is patient, professional, and answers any questions you have.. There’s always good energy and friendly customer service. My experience every time is quick and smooth. Today I was helped at Jackson Hewitt by Wilma Loyd, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to educate me on my W-4s and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I’m still young and didn’t know much about taxes, but she was patient, knowledgeable, and gave me so many helpful tips. I left feeling confident and informed instead of confused. Wilma truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for her help. Highly recommend asking for her!
