If you’re going to Jackson Hewitt on Charlotte Pike, I highly recommend asking for Nikia—she truly goes above and beyond! She even told me stuff about taxes I didn’t know about! She is located at the Walmart on Charlotte Pike. Wonderful woman and very patient
