Had a 3pm appointment on 12/10/2025 and they got me waiting 20 plus minutes so I just cancelled appointment and plan on filing myself. Don't know why I was about to pay to wait while they talk about street activity with potential clients( talking about selling alcohol illegally with potential clients) and the receptionist talks like she has a attitude with being asked a question regarding my appointment. I got the vibe from the receptionist like if I don't like it leave so I left. Save your money as I'm saving mines.
