I recently scheduled an appointment online to seek professional assistance with filing my taxes for the first time as a business owner. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Daphne, whose patience and eagerness to help immediately put me at ease. Shortly thereafter, Ms. Deborah joined the session to provide further assistance. As this was my initial experience with tax filing, I appreciated their comprehensive support and thoughtful guidance throughout the process. Both ladies demonstrated exceptional kindness and went above and beyond to ensure that I fully understood the necessary steps and documents required. Ms. Deborah, in particular, took the extra initiative to help me create a detailed to-do list and walked me through the process of obtaining the necessary information which I had not fully prepared for. I am grateful for the exceptional service I received at Liberty Tax in Chesapeake and plan to return with the required documents to complete my filing process. Today the 03/19/2025, we were received well by Deborah at Liberty Tax. She handled our tax return exemplary well explaining all the nitty details. She is definitely smart at what she does but goes over and above to ensure we were on the same page. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place to do their filing.
