Ms. Flowers CPA is the most incredible professional I have ever dealt with for my taxes and small business. She is tremendous- diligent, thorough, patient, kind and tirelessly dedicated to her clients. Oh how I wish I had known about her a decade ago. My family and I will continue to work with her even if we should move outside DC. She is also reassuring and alleviated our anxiety with her generous time and explanations. I couldn’t recommend anyone more than her and am so relieved to have found her office. She is also conveniently located on the Hill and has gone above and beyond all our expectations. Thanks so much!

I have been using this particular Jackso Hewitt office for over twenty years and the service and professionalism is outstanding! The staff if knowledgeable and professional as well as well trained and up to date each year with all of the changing tax law. I highly recommend them and will continue to make my yearly appointment! I've been doing my taxes through the Jackson Hewitt office near Eastern Market (Washington, DC) for a few years. Iris Burnell, the General Manager, has been friendly, reassuring, and very helpful. I will continue to use their services in the future.
