I recently visited Jade Salon of Atlanta for a Japanese hair straightening treatment, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. They took time to consult thoroughly about my hair type, previous color or chemical treatments, and the look I was hoping to achieve. I never felt rushed—every step was explained clearly, including how the process works, how long it would take, and what results I could realistically expect. During the treatment itself, they were incredibly detail-oriented and gentle. My stylist Baldem, checked the texture of my hair multiple times throughout the process to make sure it was processing correctly, and adjusted as needed instead of just following a one-size-fits-all formula. He were careful with sectioning, precise with application, and consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. The atmosphere in the salon was calm, clean, and relaxing, which made the longer service time feel surprisingly pleasant. The results exceeded my expectations. My hair came out silky, straight, and smooth, but still with movement—not that stiff, over-processed look you sometimes see. It feels soft to the touch, looks healthy, and has a beautiful natural shine. Even after washing and air-drying at home, my hair stays straight and manageable with almost no effort. Styling time has been cut down dramatically; I can literally walk out the door without needing a flat iron. They also went above and beyond with aftercare guidance. I left with clear instructions on how to care for my hair over the next few days and long-term: what products to use, what to avoid, and how to maintain the results as long as possible. It really showed that they know this process inside and out and care about the health of your hair, not just the one-day result. Overall, I highly recommend Jade Salon of Atlanta to anyone considering a Japanese hair straightening treatment. The combination of technical skill, professionalism, and genuine care made this one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. My hair has never looked or felt better, and I will definitely be returning for future services.

My experience here was absolutely SUPERB! My hair has never been handled with such gentle care as it was here. I got the Japanese straightening treatment, and I am over the moon that I chose to get it done here. I COMPLETELY understand why people travel from all across the country for Baldem to do this service for them. I cried tears of joy before the service was even completed. Baldem also offered SO much helpful advice about hair care and styling that I had never received before. I am so excited to implement it and see the results. If you want permanent super soft, super straight hair, do the Japanese straightening treatment. If you want to have your hair expertly done and cared for by each person that touches your hair and in a beautiful, relaxing environment, book in at Jade Salon. I am so looking forward to returning for my touch up. The process was so efficient and so comfortable. The seating was plush. The service and environment were so warm and welcoming. Had a very positive experience here. I did the Japanese hair straightening treatment for the first time. Baldem and his team are very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I'd say I have 4a/4b hair. In my research I've seen people with my hair type nervous to get this treatment, but Baldem works with all hair textures, so I felt comfortable with the process. I am also quite tender headed so I appreciated how gentle they were with my hair. The salon is clean and they are very generous with refreshments. Thanks for a great service!

I have been coming here for years and am never disappointed! I get the Japanese Thermal Treatment and always have amazing results! Baldem usually does my Treatment, and he is very knowledgeable and does great work! The entire staff is amazing and you can tell they really CARE about your hair and making you happy, as well as making sure you know how to properly care for your hair. If you have been considering coming here , do it you won't regret it!

Another 5 star visit! Found this salon after hundreds of searches since moving from Miami. Putting my trust in them with my biracial teenager's hair and their Japanese Thermal Straightening. They did not disappoint. First time was in July of 2023 and since then twice a year, according to my daughter's hair growth. Travel from Cumming, GA to them (1+ hours). Easy for her to manage and care for on her own. Sleekness remains permanently until new hair growth and touch up needed. The team is welcoming amazing. Thank you all at Jade Salon of Atlanta.
