Jae's party rental is a great place to rent from! They arrived on time for our event, linens were clean, and you could smell that they had been recently washed either that day or the day before, love when you know linen is fresh. The high top tables I rented were solid and showed no signs of damage or wear, to cause for concern that they would break on us. The only thing that would be helpful was that I had requested that the tables be set up, and instead, they were placed on the floor, along with the bag of linens, and I had to set them up along with a few team members. Not the end of the world, but even though my team was trying to figure out where we were going to place the tables, it would have been nice had that request been met, but again, it wasn't the end of the world because we had time, and we were figuring things out. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
John was great! I placed a last minute order and had problems with the website (my issue - I'm tech challenged). John helped me with making sure my order was what I wanted. The tables I ordered were delivered and picked up on time; easy peasy!!! I will definitely use Jae's Party Rentals again. Thank you John!!!
I called the day of an event at 8 AM. It delivered promptly at 12. Exactly what we needed. Spot on performance and pick up and delivery. Highly recommended.
Jae’s Party Rentals was great to work with. Their website was easy to use to make an order. For our rental they dropped off the tables and chairs the night before and then picked up the next day. We will definitely be using them again for our next party.
