As a customer, I don’t feel as If I was appreciated. I spent around $230 with this company & they would not work with me on a time frame to add on chairs to my order for my son’s 2nd birthday the day before delivery. Even after explaining how important this would help me, there was no compassion for my situation. For this, I had to go elsewhere & it made things challenging for me. I will never do business with this company again for that.

My newly 7 year old had the time of her life, and the other kids and their parents simply loved it, the bounce house was delivered at a great time, there were no issues, I will definitely use this company again, a staff member (Tracey) went above and beyond to make sure the logistic were perfect cause I had no idea what I was doing….the communication was awesome, THANK YOU FUN PARK, THANK YOU TRACEY!!!

This was a great service from beginning to end. The website was easy to browse on PC (the mobile version may need to be spruced up, though) and the pricing is very straightforward. The communication with the staff during and after the reservation was consistent and clear, they made sure my venue got the paperwork so I didn't have to play middleman. The day of the party, they let me know when they were coming and the staff was timely and friendly. We were done a bit early and they still got someone out within 30 mins of my contacting them to collect the bounce house. Will definitely use them in the future. 5/5

We rented a dry/wet bounce house. From placing the order to the pick up everything went super smooth. I called and customer service was very friendly. The guys that did drop off and pick up with very professional and kind. Shout out to them Jermaine and Miles. Thank you all for making my daughter birthday party perfect. The bounce house was a huge hit with the kids. Highly recommend this company. Plus side is it was very affordable compared to others I looked up or used previously.

I live in Maryland and I needed a cooler for a picnic for my family reunion. I did a search and found Orlando Fun Party Rentals and I was pleased to find out they rented coolers. I called and spoke with Jada and she was very helpful. I was able to have the cooler rented in less than 30 minutes. When I arrived in Orlando the cooler was ready for pick up. The communication was great and my deposit was refunded in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future events in Orlando. Thank you!
