This company is very easy to work with. Im emailed them told them exactly I wanted and I had it booked for the special day. The convenient online bill pay was simple to use with confirmation email of your payment and order. The day of set up i was texted that they were on the way prior to their arrival.. They were on time and professional and placed everything where I needed it.. The next day they text me ahead of pickup, once they were here they packed everything up and there was no increased bills charged me as they quoted. Real back savers., would use again and I recommend JAKD.

Excellent customer service! They were prompt, very nice, and about business! Everyone loved the wagon the most it was a very unique touch to my daughter’s open house! Definitely 10/10 recommend

Rented a karaoke machine for my daughter's graduation party and was extremely satisfied! I've rented machines from other vendors before, they usually are a headache to set up. This one was so user friendly and bluetoothed right to your phone so they could play music when not singing!

JAKD was absolutely fantastic. The tables, chairs, pop-up tents, and serving trays I rented for an outdoor reception were in perfect condition and the most reasonably priced. The team who delivered our rentals was professional and great to work with. I highly recommend JAKD for your rental needs and will use them again.

I was looking for a rental place for our daughter's graduation party and came across Jakd. I thought I would give them a try and I am so glad I did!!! They were beyond awesome! They were great to work with and their tables and chairs were well maintained and looked great! They delivered on time and set all the tables and chairs up for us and were efficient when they came and picked them up! I would highly recommend them for your party needs!! They will NOT disappoint!!
