Great service and reasonably priced to have the buttons on my jacket redone and two pockets renewed. All done and ready when stated. Thank you

They charged £20 to shorten sleeves on a summer jacket it took 3 weeks. Wouldn't use them again there is a place in Barry 2hovj is cheaper and only takes 1 week. Lesson learnt

My hoodie got a broken zip so I brought it here to get it fixed. It took longer than they said but I am really happy with the work.

I needed a zip replacing urgently on a jacket and Jalo & Stitch couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely staff, great work and very fair prices. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend to others.

Had a tear in the sleeve of my leather coat which wasn’t super obvious and when I held it into place with my fingers you could barely see it, but obviously the loose material needed to be secured back to the coat so brought it in. Agreed with the lady that served me that gluing would probably be the best course of action, however when I got the coat back the site of the repair was really obvious as loads of glue had been used, so the spot has become really tough. There’s also a fair amount of glue visible on the outside (including higher up on the coat far away from the actual tear). Really disappointed with the way it was repaired, genuinely feel I could have done a better job myself but wanted to put it in the safest hands so opted to take it in to be repaired professionally. Judging from the previous reviews and from alterations my mum had here before the alteration work is great, but I really wish they’d have spoken up if they didn’t feel confident repairing a tear in leather.
