Heed my warning, before you decide to purchase anything from this Company check scs complaints on Facebook. I wish I had before I trusted these. Disgusting! my sofa and armchair have to be covered with throws to hide the shoddy workmanship. The showrooms look great following the refurbishment but the quality of furniture is awful.

I dont understand why people give this store 1 star reviews has to be the best sofa ive sat on i bought the antique Mayan wood couch for £300 and it gave my coccyx a lovely workout would definitely shop here again as the staff gave off kinky type vibes 10/10 🔔🔔🔔🐊

Well.... I'm currently still waiting on the delivery of my sofa which when I ordered back early March, that it should be roughly delivered 7th June. I was ok with this and there for waited till the date no phone calls nothing it went past the date and I looked at my order and it had been changed to 30th June. I was like okay whats going on tried to ring a couple of times with finally after 3 days of ringing I got through to be told please just wait until the date you should be contacted two day before the date to schedule a delivery date to you from the warehouse. I again wait till this date no communication nothing it goes past the date to then I look and it's changed to the 30th July, It is now currently the 30th July and you guessed it still no sofa. will never order from scs again! Edit. I have now received the sofa and it is amazing and im really happy with it but the long wait and lack of communication has swayed me to shop somewhere different next time.

Bought a Hoxton sofa from this branch of ScS just over a year ago. It's been used lightly by three slim adults, but it has now completely fallen apart. Really shoddy build quality, I wish I'd inspected it more closely before buying. I paid £409 for this sofa, they're now trying to charge £899 for the same thing! Avoid!

Yet again another excellent experience at SCS. Purchased furniture some 10 years ago , and looking to renew sofa etc. Salesman Leighton was extremely helpful knowledgeable and 100% excellent customer service. No pressure, left to my own devices....Will be looking to return very shortly to place an order for furniture and carpet.
