So I arrived today at 2:00-2:09. 12/18-2025 in the Infiniti and I paid for $18 Car Wash my car was not dried at the end. This seems to always be a problem here recently. I’ve been coming here for years. I went back around to the front because that’s what you’re told to do if you’re not satisfied so I wasn’t satisfied that my car wasn’t dry. I asked for my car to be dried. He got a dirty towel squeezed it out and tried to give it to me to dry my car I threw the towel down and I left. You just lost a loyal customer Literally and I’ll be making sure that none of my people come back here. Ridiculous. Customer service is TERRIBLE , Spanish guy that was doing the car washes today this morning very rude. I don’t appreciate that bro. Just so you know. And I used to think you were a cool guy not anymore ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME KINDNESS OR MONEY HERE !

Drove 25 minutes because it has a self-service car wash, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm from out of town. Had a problem with the machines. But Jorge was there to help. THANK YOU SO MUCH. He was super nice and accommodating. Support your local business.
