I started my coaching process with Jamie around 5 weeks ago and haven’t once regretted it. Over the past few years I’ve accumulated a small list of injuries which have made my training inconsistent and my discipline towards fitness both physically and nutritionally non-existent. After going through the onboarding process and being as thorough as possible Jamie really took time to consider my difficulties and created work arounds which installed confidence right from the get go as I could see the plan was fully catered towards me and what was personally achievable while still being able to push me out of my comfort zone. Ever since then I’ve been following the nutrition guide and exercise plan shared with me along with daily/weekly goals. This has led to seeing some great changes around my body and my current main goal of fat loss being achieved quicker than I could’ve dreamed of pre-plan. My favourite traits about Jamie are his deep passion for what he does and his knowledge around these topics as he can explain his thoughts at any level, beginner to pro. Looking forward to the results and coaching the rest of the plan will bring and any future ones to come!
