I can't sing the praises for Jess loud enough. She has taught me so much about nutrition, strength training and my own strengths and limitations. Her knowledge is second to none but she also keeps it real and achievable pushing you to do more than you thought you could without making you feel inadequate. I always feel great after doing her workouts like I have really worked and can feel myself getting stronger and fitter everyday. If you are looking for someone who really knows their stuff then Jess is the person. She's not fluffy or woowoo she just says it as it is, no nonsense - just great advice and a programme that actually works.

Working with Jess has been an absolute game changer. As someone who was starving all the time, running for miles and never seeing any real results she’s turned everything around. My relationship with food has completely changed, I eat foods I always thought were off limits “bad foods” and my training has purpose. Jess knows her stuff and is there whenever needed for support, whether that be a virtual hug or a good old kick up the butt to get me going.
