Jana has no business insurance and no ethics. After causing $2500 in damage he not only didn’t offer to help with repairs, he demanded I pay him in full. He blamed my windshield wiper for his incompetence even after my mechanic confirmed it wasn’t possible. I offered to take it to his mechanic to verify but he wasn’t interested in what caused the damage. The windshield wiper doesn’t move in a V or reach that low. The window was still dirty after he was done, he dried it while dirty causing the scratches. The craziest part is he thinks he’s hard done by from not being paid. I’m out $2500 and my Denali isn’t even clean.
