I had a wonderful experience at Janene’s Bridal! Everyone that helped with the sale and alterations made me feel so special, welcomed, and supported. They worked speedily and carefully, along with creating a timeline that was tight, but perfect, as we only had 1 month (yikes!) before my wedding. They never made me feel pressured, and instead, patiently and kindly guided me through the process. The final alteration was done by THEE JANENE, and that was the biggest cherry on top! I felt like a queen! She wanted to make sure there were no flaws… and there were none! I finally shed happy tears, and took off to Ireland to the most fabulous wedding I could’ve asked for. And I looked and felt stunning…. The dress was my second skin. It felt perfect and just for me, and I danced around for hours with not a care in the world. Complements to my dress flooded all night, and still to this day. Perfect. Thank you! To everyone who was involved!

I had the most wonderful experience at Janene’s Bridal Boutique (Alameda location), all thanks to my stylist, Tiffany. This was my second dress shopping appointment, and I was quite nervous coming in after having a bad first experience at a different bridal store. From the moment I arrived, Tiffany was so warm and welcoming that I immediately felt at ease. She took the time to truly listen to what I liked and didn’t like, asked thoughtful questions, and helped me narrow down my dress style in a way that felt natural, supportive, and never rushed or pressured. Tiffany’s kind and patient approach really stood out, and it showed in how attentive she was throughout the entire appointment. She also suggested a variety of options I wouldn’t have thought to try on my own, which helped me feel confident that I was exploring all the right possibilities. It was clear that Tiffany genuinely cared about helping me find the dress I felt most beautiful in. My friends (who came with me) and I all thought she was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Janene’s Bridal Boutique and cannot recommend working with Tiffany enough if you get the chance! Thank you so much, Tiffany!

I ha a great experience with Leslie as my consultant. She truly look the time to learn what I was looking for. My family and I had a great time learning about bridal styles and options as this was our first time dress shopping. Even though I did not find the dress here, I would still recommend this shopping experience to any bride. Ask for Leslie! :)

I had such a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress here! Chanel was the sales associate who helped me, and she was incredible. I must have tried on so many dresses, and then she said she wanted to bring me just a few more. One of them ended up being the one! I couldn’t stop thinking about it or looking back at the photos, and I came back that same weekend to buy it. For alterations, I worked with Jen, who was so kind, positive, and detail-oriented. She really made me feel at ease and ensured everything fit perfectly. Overall, I’m so grateful to both Chanel and Jen for making the process so special — from finding the dress of my dreams to making sure it fit me perfectly for my wedding day.

I recommend Janene’s to every engaged friend!! Both for the shopping experience and their alterations. The dress buying appointment was so amazing and stress free. They have dresses in REGULAR PEOPLE SIZES unlike several of the stores I went to before Janene’s. I’m a street size 8-10 and most dresses were a little big and could be clipped tighter. The stylist also let me roam around to pick dresses to try on first and then got a sense of what I liked and disliked and she picked the next round. After only a couple of rounds we found the one!! The alterations department was also amazing to work with. I was a little spooked by the prices at first, but after doing some research they were honestly really reasonable. Jennifer also made me an entirely custom cape that came out absolutely incredible!!!! I gave her a super vague vision and sketched some bubbles on an iPad for where I wanted lace and she and the team knocked it out of the park. One of my best decisions of my wedding was going with Janene’s!
