Julie and Deshaun truly saved the day! When our online order fell through completely, they tracked down the same ring in their store inventory and squeezed us in right before the engagement dinner. What could have been a total disaster turned into a perfect evening thanks to their willingness to go above and beyond. The couple is now engaged and absolutely loves the ring! We're so grateful for their exceptional customer service—it's refreshing to experience this level of care and dedication.

What an honor and privilege to be engaged to my fiancé, I’m still over the moon he proposed. I wanted to gift him a ring because why should I be the only one off the market?!?!! We also wanted to size him up for the wedding band. Ended up working with Julie who is such a doll. Patient and love her suggestions and taste for the babe. The men’s selection is limited in general but we got to sample some designs and styles as well as possibly create our own design. Since bae couldn’t decide and they didn’t carry his ring size, we also shopped for watches. I do love the selections of watches though the Movado and Tissot were quite limited. The price is very comparable and reasonable for their items. Some times there are no words. I highly recommend Julie and she’ll take good care of you here. The best brands don’t sell, they make you want to be part of the Jared club.

Horrible customer service! Today, I visited this establishment to have a custom-made diamond ring ordered. Unfortunately, I encountered an unprofessional and condescending individual who made me feel extremely invalidated. Upon entering the store, my intention was to purchase jewelry, not to receive an unnecessary lesson on ring finger sizing. This individual’s behavior was highly disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. I had previously purchased a diamond ring from this establishment approximately nine years ago. When I returned to have a custom-made replacement, I was informed that the style I desired was outdated, dating back to fifteen years. I intended to bring in my husband’s matching ring for customization, but instead, I was met with a condescending tone. The individual attempted to offer belittling and condescending advice on how to remove the sizing ring, suggesting that I relax my finger instead of simply straightening it. I was doing just fine getting the sizing rings on and off without his snide remark. This instruction was unnecessary, as I was already performing the task correctly. His remark was superfluous and he seemed to be hesitant about helping me to get a ring custom-made. Maybe he was hesitant because he wouldn’t make a commission on it. I don’t know! I will be taking my business to Helzberg Diamonds.
