Mile high yall stay disappointing me. I love the people at mile high, they are always so friendly, super helpful and just great people over all, but they will always find a way to make their money. About a month ago my boyfriend dropped off 3 chains and a ring to get fixed. When I arrived to pick up my chains I looked at them and all seemed well except one of them which, I’m assuming during the process of fixing they broke the clasp. Leo told me they’d fix it free of charge ofc right, cool no biggie. About 2 days later one of my other necklaces snapped out of the blue, was upset because it had only been 2 days. I went back that weekend and like always Leo helped me. I explained what had happened and he told me - verbatim, “when those things happen bring it back so we can get it fixed again.” I had expressed to him that I was really upset about it because not only did it break without me doing anything, but I had JUST paid a lot of money for the initial repairs. He assured me he wasn’t going to charge me to fix the chain again and I was more relieved. Fast forward to today, I came to pick up my chains once again, and now I’m being charged AGAIN for the chain that broke even after Leo himself assured me I would not because it was a faulty job. I’m extremely disappointed and upset with Mile high because even with loyal customers, they won’t miss out on getting they money.

This place is amazing! They got my ring sized and it was ready the next day! My ring looks even better then when I took it in! They are very friendly, I will definitely be going back!! Thank you for taking such good care of my engagement ring!

✨ Huge shoutout to Mile High Jewelry ✨ They created a beautiful gold urn for my dad, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I wanted something that truly reminded me of him, and they captured that perfectly. They worked with my budget, created something meaningful within it, and even went the extra mile by sending me a video of the ashes being placed inside the urn. That meant so much to me. The entire process was seamless — they kept me updated every step of the way, and I have zero complaints. Amazing people to work with, and I’ll definitely be back. 💛

A shop like this can at times come across as a little intimidating after seeing the work they put out and the high profile people they put it out for. I went in today with my late mothers gold cross that had to small of a bail to fit my chain. I asked if they would be able to make a custom bail that would fit. ( again for the work they put out most shops in my experience wouldn’t do a small job like this ) they where happy to offer the services and the price was amazing. After one of the jewelers saw it he suggested that he might be able to just stretch out the bail to make it fit. I’m now able to wear my mom’s cross everyday thanks to them. I’m glad I stopped in and they now have a customer for life. Thanks again guys.
