Jared, Mike, Loretta, and Gage (spelling?) exceeded every expectation. They created a stunning custom ring for my daughter using a treasured family heirloom diamond baguette and the craftsmanship is absolutely flawless. They treated the piece with great care and truly honored its sentimental value while transforming it into something beautiful and modern. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and incredibly meaningful. I couldn’t be happier and recommend them without hesitation! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! My partner and I went engagement ring shopping here for the 1st time and Terry made certain it was a phenomenal experience. I can’t say enough good things about my experiences at the Jared store in Durham, NC, thanks to an incredible team member named Terry (Advani Tarun). He feels like family to us! From the moment my husband and I walk in, he greets us by name with a warm hug, making us feel truly valued as customers. Terry has been a tremendous support over the years, helping us find the perfect gifts for our anniversaries, guiding me through a ring upgrade, and assisting with custom jewelry. Most recently, I faced the unfortunate loss of my bridal set, and I was heartbroken. I didn't think I could love another set as much, but Terry took the time to listen to my feelings and helped me find a stunning new ring that I adore. He really came through for me this time with a beautiful 6-carat center stone that sparkles like no other. I am beyond grateful for his dedication and expertise.
