Very kind and efficient. I took a gold ring here that bent to get it fixed. They fixed it well, cleaned it, and for a really great price. They made an over 20 year old ring look new again. I recommend them for jewelry repairs!

Tony and Yunhee are GREAT! I had a complicated repair with a necklace I've had for over 25 years. Tony had it back to me in 48hrs looking flawless. The price was very reasonable and the friendly customer service was free. Thank you Yunhee and Tony!!!

Tony and Uni are the absolute best! I came in to get my chain repaired 20 minutes before closing, expecting to have to leave for pickup the next day. They so kindly repaired it in the same day so that I didn't have to come back. The chain looks like new and the repair was seamless. They were both so incredibly kind to me and I would 10/10 recommend!

This guy did a really great job in my opinion. I'm not a jeweler or an expert on jewelry, but I am a microbiologist, so I examined the finished work under a dissecting microscope when I got home and it looked pretty legit. The two sapphires were slightly different hues/opaqueness of blue, but that should be expected from natural stones and is only noticeable under a microscope! I brought him my wedding ring, which was from the mid/late 1960's and inherited from my grandfather. It had a larger center diamond and two smaller side diamonds. One of the smaller side diamonds had fallen out and was lost, the other small side diamond had chipped and was missing part of the flat-face facet. I asked him to put equivalent sized sapphires (birthstone of my wife) in the smaller outer spots to replace both the missing and damaged diamonds. He had everything necessary on-site and was able to make this repair on the spot in about 2 hrs, while my wife and I walked around the mall. He was also multitasking, not only was he working on my piece, but many others, his place was quite busy while I was there. Not only did he do the repair work, but he also cleaned, polished and straightened out the band which was slightly deformed, all for the original quoted price, which I thought was just for repair work. The finished piece looks great, my wife loves it as well! Just wanted to acknowledge and thank this guy for the great work he did in such a short amount of time!!!!!
