Diamonds and expensive jewelry, special occasions, anniversaries, wedding, engagements, whatever it may be, go see Gwen Appel here at Jared! My now wife and I walked in on a Saturday morning dressed down (in chill clothes as this wasn’t a scheduled stop) to look for her engagement ring. Gwen helped us look through dozens of rings before she suggested a special piece that she liked herself. My wife fell in love with it. We walked out that day purchasing the ring. Fast forward to current day and now we were in the store “bothering” our favorite Gwen with Wedding band ideas. She remained very patient while we looked at everything while also providing us with her opinions which happen to be mighty fine! We walked out undecided and returned again, repeating the same process previously stated. Boom! We landed on the perfect band but needed to wait a few weeks to make the purchase. Gwen has always been so helpful and kind. This review is for Jared but Gwen makes this store!!! She is so bright, kind and helpful! We are so lucky to have met Gwen when we walked in on a whim. My wife purchased my wedding band from Gwen as well and she has just been so helpful and stress free while making some of life’s biggest decisions! Thanks Gwen!

I had a great experience at Jared Jewelers! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They helped resize two of my watches, completely free of charge, and did it quickly with no hassle at all. It’s rare to find that level of kindness and customer service these days, and they truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for people who actually care about their customers! Kayla was the best!

I found a watch on their website that I wanted to buy my wife for our anniversary. I came into the store to make sure it was in stock and it was. I was greeted by Haley who was extremely nice and made the purchase process super smooth. I returned the next day with my wife to get the watch properly sized and adjusted. I was assisted by David who was also very nice and very knowledgeable. After he finished with my wife's new watch, he properly sized and adjusted my watch that I had brought in that my wife purchased at another store. Everything I experienced here was great. I will definitely return as a customer and will recommend my family and friends to shop here.

Haley was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish! From the moment she reached out with options for my wedding ring set that couldn’t be repaired, she showed genuine compassion and understanding.
