I just have to share my experience with Gloria over the years. She has truly gone above and beyond at every opportunity she’s worked with us. From helping us find the perfect engagement ring and wedding band for my wife, to guiding us through the custom details of my own ring, her knowledge and expertise are unmatched. She has never once applied pressure in fact, she’s often been the one putting pressure on the manufacturer to ensure our rings were completed on time or properly fixed when needed. Every step of the way, she has been incredible. Just when I think she can’t do more, she proves me wrong. Even after my wife and I moved out of state, Gloria has stayed in touch and continued to help us maintain our rings, always staying on top of everything. Beyond her professionalism, she is simply a wonderful human being. She's genuine, kind, and deeply invested in her clients. She’s asked about our wedding and honeymoon, built a real relationship with us, and truly taken the time to get to know us over the years. I can’t express my gratitude enough. She is truly amazing.

My experience with the staff at Luisa Graff was exceptional. I was referred to them by Hallenbeck Coin Gallery for trading in diamonds and gems. I had jewelry I didn’t wear any longer so I made an appointment and took it in for a quote. Andrew Graff examined my jewelry and gave me top dollar. They have a beautiful selection of New and Estate jewelry. I even found a new ring I was able to obtain as part of the trade and still walked away with a sizable check. I highly recommend Luisa Graff Jewelers.

Edit: Wow, whoever wrote this response should probably be the one running things because I know it wasn't Andrew. He was incredibly rude, condescending, and hostile on the phone with me last week. With that said, this response still does not address how he called my mother a LIAR about being a customer in his original response to her (which is now deleted). She has spent a lot of money here over the years and that is not ok. Nor does it address that your sales rep (Katie) didn't say anything about needing to have it serviced every 6-months or it will fall fall apart with light wear apparently like mine did. I declined the discounted repair because it was still expensive and I will not give one single more dollar to Luisa Graff after the way we have been treated. I will take it to a reputable jeweler who will restore it to the condition SHOULD have been sold in. I will not be shopping here again and I recommend whoever reads this do the same. ____ My mom bought me a ring for my 30th birthday, along with other items from Luisa Graff in the past. She is a real customer and had every right to share her experience in a review. Instead of addressing her concerns, Andrew publicly: • Claimed she was a “fake customer,” despite her name appearing as “B L” on Google. • Brought up an unrelated story about replacing a ring for another customer. • Accused her of lying. • Framed criticism as an attack on the “number one jeweler,” rather than feedback from a disappointed customer. Luisa Graff may be well-known, but if you scroll through low-rated reviews, a pattern emerges where Andrew continually gets aggressive and calls people liars. About the ring: It was sold with two loose brackets, which I of course didn't know until a diamond fell out 1 year later. Ironically, their associate Katie spotted it within minutes when I brought it back in, but it couldn't be caught before sale? Interesting. She was also slyly implying that we shouldn't have bought used... Katie quoted over 75% of the original price to fix it. She offered half off after I got upset - but frankly, this should’ve been fixed before sale and repaired free of charge. A couple days ago, I talked to Andrew (the owner) - he was arrogant and extremely argumentative. All I wanted was for them to: 1.) Fix a ring they sold with loose brackets, and 2.) edit his public reply to my mom’s review calling her a “fake customer,” even though we’ve been repeat customers. He eventually deleted his response to my mom's review calling her a liar after my call, but he did nothing to resolve the issue with my ring, blaming it on me not having it serviced every 6 months even though I had it for ONE single year and wore it very lightly. They should not be selling jewelry with loose brackets right out of the gate and charging that much to fix a problem that should have been caught before it went out on the sales floor. Low-quality store, quality assurance, and staff. Don't shop here.

Luisa Graff was amazing!! The staff were compassionate and knowledgable and took the time to show me what repairs were needed on my ring. I made the mistake of taking my ring to another company to have them soldered together. The rings came back to me off centered, scratched and chipped up and a few of diamonds were extremely loose. My once gorgeous ring set now looked like a botched cover up piece. So, not even 2 months later I decided to try out Luisa Graff. That team was able to completely restore my ring, fix all the chips and tighten the diamonds. They even re soldered the piece and it’s breath taking yet again! Thank you for taking the time to restore something so precious to me.
