Jason asked insightful questions, keenly listened to my responses and demonstrated that he well understood what I was looking for while helping me continue to refine my interests and get to know neighborhoods better. He put together an itinerary to make the best use of my limited time while briefly visiting DC. We zipped around to see many properties in multiple neighborhoods, aided by his uncanny ability to find nearby parking if not right out front. Jason's kindness, intelligence, and compassion well complement his extensive knowledge and experience--essential qualities when helping me find just the right new home, and succeed in getting my offer accepted and the sale completed. Jason is a realtor without the fast talk. I appreciated that. And he was a pleasure to work with him. His deep understanding of DC real estate, especially NW, plus his connections with buyers resulted in the easiest sale I have ever experienced despite it being a difficult market.
