I had been involved for the better part of a year in a very sensitive dilemma involving the educational field and a minor child making a false allegation against me. Attorney Jay Mykytiuk was retained through the conduct of a preliminary hearing of my case. In that preliminary hearing phase, he secured on my behalf, the best outcome that could have been received which is, a ruling of 'no probable cause'. To accomplish that he clearly had done his due diligence and knew exactly how to argue evidence regarding the statutes pertaining to the charge in question. He did this brilliantly resulting in the favorable ruling for his client. That results in my high praise and recommendation of he along with great appreciation of he for his representation. There is need to add this; in so doing he received correct JUSTICE for his client who was wrongly accused of a very serious charge (Educators beware!).

Jay Myktyiuk is impressive in all aspects of the attorney-client relationship and has an impressive command of the courtroom. Jay made of point of knowing every detail of my situation and prepared an excellent defense. I am a courier, and, in my case, I was falsely accused of theft by my former employer and a military contractor. Due to Jay’s knowledge of the law and due diligence I was found not guilty and did not even need to testify in my own defense. Selecting a lawyer and facing a criminal charge caused me a great deal of anxiety. However, Mr. Myktyiuk helped me understand the process and approach it with a positive attitude. I had a difficult time finding an attorney but I'm grateful I found him. The absolute best. Amazing lawyer, very thorough, and works extremely hard to get the best outcome for you. Also if you have questions for him he is quick to respond to them and great at explaining. I was extremely stressed about my case and thought my life was over but he got me the best deal and eventually got it dismissed. I cant thank him and his team enough. Jay Mykytiuk is the go to guy if you're in trouble.
