I have used this filing service for the past 4 tax filings and the first 3 were fantastic. Unfortunately my 2018 taxes were a flop because of them. I had received an email from them stating that they guaranteed a filing with no extension if I sent my information in by the 25th of March. I sent mine and (unfortunately) recommended my boyfriend to send his in on the 21st of March. After countless phone calls that were never returned and a couple in person visits I was told by email they were finished and that I could come in and pay on April 12th. I paid their fees, was told I should expect a $30 return from the state and thought that would be the end of it. Well, they lied because I have an email from May stating that they finally completed them. Also, I have received a letter from the state that I owe $400 which includes the late fees that I’ve accrued. What?! I would’ve paid if I had known! Ive called their office twice and was told first they’d look into and then that they were investigating. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I’ve never gotten a call back. Also, they literally did not file my boyfriends taxes at all which makes me feel stupid for recommending them. I used to love using their services, but they’ve started slacking and their service is far below the standard this past filing year. It’s so disappointing.

I came in knowing I may have trouble with all my paperwork since I hadnt filed In about 3 years. Kyle was amazing through the entire process. Completely professional and let me know what was going on as he filed. He also made me feel that my information was in the right hands and safe. I will most likely take my business here again next year. After tackling my paperwork and getting it all organized in the system someone should give this guy an award.
