After having had a bad experience with another company, my neighbour highly recommended J.C. Robinson and Sons. Since I had heard highly of this company earlier, I decided to give them a "test" appointment for a small problem I was having. They passed with flying colours - courtesy, knowledge, speed, success for the problem! I then made a purchase of an air conditioner and a hot water tank. They were installed seamlessly, tidily, and with many explanations about the maintenance I would require in the future. Again, the service was provided quickly, expertly, and by meeting my expectations and needs. I will continue to use this company in the future.
Great and fast service! We had a furnace issue (no heat) during cold weather and J.C. Robinson & Sons LTD (technician Jordan) was at our place within a couple of hours of us calling them, located the correct part quickly and we had heat within 4 hours of calling them. Thank you!
The technician arrived a short time after receiving a call from J.C. Robinson Service Manager re: replacing our thermostat. He was very courteous and efficient. New thermostat was installed promptly. He checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. We are very pleased with the work done.
