Recently we had a Heat pump installed in our master bedroom and the job went very well. Our salesman Matt focused in on the product we wanted and made a solid pitch to provide us with what we requested and more. The crew of Joe, Jordan and Francisco were punctual and professional. Kudos to the installation team of Felix and Dylan. Arrived on time; explained the process; and installed the Amana inwall units in a professional manner. Also took the time to explain the remote. Putting 5 stars purely for the service! I haven't actually gotten to test the air conditioner since it hasn't warmed up enough yet but I'll update once I do! Everyone that came into my house or I interacted with on the phone was extremely friendly and respectful. The guys who installed my AC were thankfully very patient with me since we live in a condo townhome so we had to be very careful where to install stuff and where they could secure stuff. They came up with a great solution that the condo board was totally on board with so I greatly appreciate it!

I am extremely pleased with AirZone and in particular Max. Our furnace was red tagged by another company and I had doubts of its legitimacy. Max completed a visit and confirmed my suspicions and was able to reverse the red tag. I will be working with the sales team to discuss purchasing new equipment in the future and so far the vibe is good (not pushy).
