I recently took my Hyundai Getz in to J&D Quality Smash Repairs after a trade's ute reversed into it and gouged a hole in the front panel and bonnet. They did an excellent job on the repair, and finished earlier than expected. Their customer service focus was evident in every interaction I had with them. All staff were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. They explained everything clearly and put me in contact with a great hire car service - which really streamlined the process and took a lot of the hassle out of the accident repair process. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Highly highly rate J&D Quality Smash Repairs. Two colleagues at my job recommended them to me (and we work down the Gold Coast way so that’s saying something… worth the travel!) Everyone who works there are super kind. From the admin staff to the staff on the floor. Each person I spoke to were so kind. I needed a hire car and they arranged one for me free of charge. It was a very nice little car. They did a great job on my repairs too. I highly recommend and will be back if I ever need to.
